Student Experience
Regardless of the orientation and enrollment program you select and plan to attend, you can expect an outstanding experience. During your required program, you'll connect with academic and campus resources, enjoy time with your peers and gain access to academic advising and enrollment in classes. We look forward to hosting you, whether in person or online!
Program Fees
Freshman Programs
The $300 enrollment deposit must be submitted before you can register for an orientation and enrollment program.
Transfer Programs
The $75 first-time enrollment fee is assessed to all new transfer students, regardless of program type (in person or virtual). This fee is collected during orientation and enrollment registration, or it can be placed on a Bursar bill during your first semester at OSU.
Family Members & Guests
We know that a successful college experience requires a partnership between you, your family and the university. Our family information sessions cover academic services, campus resources, student support, health and safety as well as other areas pertinent to student support and student success.
While participation is not required, family members are invited and strongly encouraged to join you for your orientation and enrollment program. They will have access to parent materials and can join you in learning about campus resources.
Our in-person programs include a two guest limit with a $30 per guest fee to help offset costs.
